Event Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation terms will apply
once a completed booking has been received either via Conference website or as
a completed booking form from the conference brochure (inclusive or exclusive
of payment). Please note that cancellations can only be accepted in writing and
are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be received
more than 60 days before the conference start date for a refund of the full fee
less a 15% (plus VAT) administration fee.
- Cancellations must be received between
60-45 days before the conference start date for a refund of the full fee less a
30% (plus VAT) administration fee.
- Cancellations must be received
more than 45-30 days before the conference start date for a refund of the full
fee less a 50% (plus VAT) administration fee.
- Cancellations received less than
the above number of days before the conference start date will not be refunded,
but a nomination for a replacement delegate will be accepted free of charge or
transfer of registration to any conference scheduled in a year time by Scholars
Conferences.
In the unlikely event of
cancellation of the conference by the Scholars Conferences, delegates will be
offered a full refund or a credit note against an equivalent future Scholars Conferences.
Please note that delegate fees
will not be refunded in the event of the threat of war, terrorism or
circumstances outside of the Scholars Conferences control. The Scholars International reserves the
right to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the program or
to the identity of the speakers.

consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the event, I
hereby warrant and represent that I am age 18 or above and freely waive,
release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Scholars
Conferences or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for
any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability,
property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter
suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event, unless said expense,
loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property
damage or property theft or actions of any
kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Scholars Conferences. This Liability Waiver and Release is
specifically binding upon my heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.
