Professor Bachir Achour, a distinguished hydraulic engineer affiliated with the Larhyss Laboratory at the University of Biskra in Algeria. He serves as a professor in the Department of Hydraulic and Civil Engineering and manages the Research Laboratory in Subterranean and Surface Hydraulics (LARHYSS).
