Hadi Sarvari is presently a sinior researcher at Birmingham City University. His area of research focuses on Construction Safety and Health as well as suatainability. He also serves as a researcher at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and as an Assistant Professor in Construction Management at the Islamic Azad University Isfahan (Iran). His teaching and research interests include Construction Contract Management, Management Information Systems, Construction Project Planning and Control, Engineering Systems Analysis, Maintenance Management, and Evaluation of Performance in the Construction of infrastructure projects. In 2018, he was awarded the Best Lecturer Award in the Educational field. He was also awarded as a distinguished researcher in 2021.

Firas AL MAHMOUD is full professor. He holds a Ph.D.
in strengthening reinforced concrete structures from the National Institute of
Applied Sciences (INSA), Toulouse, France. Accreditation to supervise research
(HDR) (2016).
Prof. Firas AL MAHMOUD currently works at Lorraine
University in France as a structural engineering educator. He teaches at
several engineering schools. He was the Head of the Civil Engineering
Department at Lorraine University from the 2017 – 2020 academic year.
Furthermore, He also develops innovative strengthening techniques utilizing
fiber-reinforced polymers and cementitious-based mortar. He supervised many
Master's and PhD students. He is the author of dozens of research papers and
the organizer of some international conferences.

an Associate Professor at the College of Civil and Transportation
Engineering, Shenzhen University, P.R.
China. He obtained his Ph.D. from the City University of Hong Kong in 2017.
His main research focuses on composite materials &
structures, structural retrofitting, and sustainable construction materials.
He has published more than 55 SCI journal papers. The publications have
attracted more than 1900 citations recorded in Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com.hk/citations?user=dgo3y7gfI3AC&hl=zh-TW ) with a H-index of 22. He is
the principal investigator of 6 research
projects and the co-investigator of more than 10 research
projects. He serves as the editorial board member of two SCI journals and the
guest editor of five SCI journals. He is a regular reviewer of more than 40 peer-reviewed
international SCI journals. He received several awards, including the Moisseiff
Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in 2018, the IAAM
Scientist Medal Award (2023) from the International Association of Advanced
Materials (IAAM) & Fellow of IAAM in 2023, Gold Award of the Geneva
International Exhibition of Inventions (2024 & 2025), Second Prize of
Science and Technology Progress of Guangdong Province (2022), and First Prize
of Science and Technology Progress of Guangdong Province (2024).
